Who Are We

Much of Aspect CMS’s history is based on the success of our parent company, Ocea. Since the first development was commenced in 2014, the companies that ultimately came together as Ocea Group Limited have now successfully completed on the purchase of over 19 office buildings and delivered over 700 units. This impressive and exponential growth has been driven by the Ocea team led by co-founding directors, Justine Curtis & Glenn Delve. The current team of 13 staff, has been built to procure developments of the highest quality from the analysis of building and land purchase, through to the co-ordination of successful sales and marketing campaigns.

Having experienced such significant growth in a short period of time, Ocea founded Aspect Construction Management Services (Aspect CMS) in 2018, with the ambition of bringing all the project management of their schemes in-house. Not only does this provide further growth to Ocea, but it also enables all of their developments to be managed and procured as efficiently as possible, and in strict accordance with in-house brand standards.

Based in Southampton, Aspect CMS operates across the south of England from schemes bordering Bristol to the outskirts of London, and of course down in Southampton and surrounding areas.

With the experience of managing challenging conversions, Aspect CMS has developed the qualities and knowledge to provide a comprehensive service to suit the needs of each individual scheme and client. Offering anything between a full service that encompass the entire development, through to simply providing initial costing and accurate build estimates, we’re able to offer a custom service to best suit the needs of every development.

Aspect CMS’s project management team has experience in all types of design and construction, and along with a proven network from which they can appoint a variety of experienced consultants, can manage the development on your behalf, liaising with both the design team and contractors carrying out the build.
