Aspect exclusively undertake the management of commercial conversions, from old office blocks to regenerated residential apartments. Please see below the details of some of our current projects.

Coates House

Located in Nailsea, on the outskirts of Bristol, Aspect will be managing the development of Coates House. Originally an outdated office block, the developer, Ocea will be converting the building into 56 residential apartments. With excellent transport links to the centre of Bristol this development will provide much needed housing to the local area.

Bagshot Manor

Aspect have been appointed as the employer’s agent on the conversion of Bagshot Manor to 83 1&2 bed apartments. Located within a local residential setting, this office block will benefit hugely from the planned conversion. The complete internal and external redesign of the building has presented some challenges, but nothing our team can’t overcome!

Estimated Completion Date: May 2021

Furness House

Appointed to manage the development of Furness House, we will be converting the office block into 71 residential apartments, in the centre of Redhill. With excellent commuter routes to the centre of London, Redhill is quickly becoming the location of choice for the everyday commuter into the capital.

Patteson Court

Potentially one of the most unique and intriguing schemes we’ve undertaken to date, Patteson Court is again the conversion of an existing office building and will comprise of 22 one and two bedroom duplex apartments. The existing buildings consisting of a main building and a smaller “Coachhouse” with a central courtyard will create an idyllic place to live.

Acorn House

Perhaps the most complex of projects Aspect have been appointed on, Acorn House will comprise of two additional storeys and the conversion of the existing 5 storey office building. With a result of 95 one and two bedroom apartments, Acorn House will be at the centre of regenerating Basildon.

Estimated Completion Date: September 2021

Tempus Court

Located directly in the centre of High Wycombe, Tempus Court is being converted from an existing office block to create 56 one and two bedroom apartments. With an additional storey being added, many of these units will become duplex apartments, bringing something new & unique to the local area.
